Condominium Act
The Condominium Act was revised only recently.
It is fact, for example, that the code of procedure was emended. The legal process of condominium proceedings was translocated from the field of jurisdiction to the civil process order in particular. As a result, new legal problems arise for suits of property owners or administrators, for example within the appeal proceedings. Not only that the department´s investigation principle of the FGG is no longer applicable, also the rules of evidence and the regulations of stating the fact have changed.
New questions arise for many property owners and administrators with regard to the new regulations to the taking of decisions occuring with physical alterations.
